President Obama, Mr. Fair and Balanced himself, has declared war on Fox News essentially blackballing them from any interviews. They are doing this because Fox is not a fan of Mr. Obama, is this fair? No, it is childish and stupid, like most things the administration does. His media Czar says they are treating Fox as though they are a competitor and they are in campaign mode against them.

Seriously, campaign mode against Fox, so that means they will only go into friendly territory then, right? So, the administration admits the media is biased and liberal as they will only appear on CNN, NBC and other network outlets. It is not surprising that the traditional news media outlets are biased, hell everyone knew that for years, but the fact that the administration is admitting that is pretty bold indeed.

All I want to say is that we need to stop pretending that all news outlets are unbiased. Of course Fox is biased, but are they more or less biased than NBC or MSNBC? I would say less biased than MSNBC by a long shot. I also think that MSNBC is way more vicious than Fox, Anita Dunn, are you listening?, or have you never listened to Keith Olberman? The White House also needs to distinguish between the news segments of Fox and the opinion pieces of Fox, Hannity, who is an ass, O’reilly and Beck are opinion shows and not news shows. If you do not like those shows, don’t go on them it is kind of that simple.

You do not see Republicans boycotting MSNBC who is clearly liberal do you? Nope, they don’t. Even Bush went on those channels when they were hostile to him, but Obama won’t go on Fox, seriously? This is the President who will not go on a major news network because they are biased, please. Now, I can understand why he would not come and talk to me, I am an asshole with a blog, but a major news network?? The last President who did that was President Nixon who was punishing the Washington Post for reporting Watergate. Am I suggesting Obama broke the law? No, but I will say Fox is the only station who has the balls to call him out on things as NBC, who’s parent company’s CEO Imlet is on the Fed’s board of governors and the President’s economic council, has a pretty cozy relationship with the administration and refuses to ask tough questions.

I think Chuck Todd lost his testicles as soon as Obama was declared the victor in November. This was confirmed when he asked such Obama his first bullshit question at his first press conference in January. Basically, all news networks sway one way or the other which means they have failed the American people. I cannot defend Fox for the fear mongering they have done up to and after the Iraq War and 9-11. I can’t stand it which is why I exercise my freedom of choice and do not watch them. I also do not watch MSNBC because I hate watching retarded people argue with each other over why the government needs to run my life, I do a good enough job on my own thank you very much.

I do the old fashioned thing folks, I read, a lot. I avoid the known tilted media rags like the NY Times and stick with other media outlets and alternative media. I watch some opinion shows, just so I can see how retarded people are, and I am never surprised just how over the top things can get. Frankly, what shocks me the most is just how ugly the extremes get. Liberals tell all of us that we are “straight up racists” if we disagree with Obama, which is straight up bullshit Garafalo, you dumbass, and the right says we are unpatriotic id we speak out against the President during a time of war, unless it’s a Democrat in office, you damn hypocrites. People, use your God given brains and start thinking for yourselves, would you please?

As far as Anita Dunn and Obama, go on Fox you jackasses, you are being childish and stupid. We know they are slanted to the right, but we know every other channel is slanted to the left so give us a break. If you deny that basic fact you are even dumber than I thought you were. The fact that you are calling Fox out, but not calling MSNBC or NBC out is crazy and shows how you want to keep the country divided for your own political gain. What you fail to realize is that keeping that divide only worked for Bush for a little while then he left the most hated President in history, is that what you are looking for? Oh, and while you at it, get the hell out of my life.

Pay as You Go was the wonderful, seriously, piece of legislation that Clinton signed in the 1990’s that said Congress had to find a way to pay for any new spending projects it wants to sign into law. Even though this legislation was in place it did not stop the national debt from rising, contrary to Democrats memory or did they forget 1995 when the government shutdown because the Republicans refused to raise the debt ceiling.

Anyhow, Bush threw out PAYGO soon after he was elected and the Democrats in an effort to look fiscally responsible recently reinstituted the law. Now, this was a nice gesture, but in order to actually abide by it you have to care about following the law, which they do not, i.e. Chris Dodd and Rangel. Where am I going with this? Health care reform which we were promised would be deficit neutral, which I said was a complete lie because Pelosi and Company are nothing but liars, Republicans included.

The bill that just made it out of committee is not giving you the full picture because there was a problem for the doctors. You see, Medicare only pays doctors a few dollars per office visit, which is criminal in my opinion, and next year the meager $16 to $24 per office visit was going to be cut in half. Nothing against doctors, but they paid good money for their congressional representatives, check OpenSecret.org to see for yourself, so Pelosi and Company voted to get rid of that and raise what Medicare pays doctors for the next 10 years, which is a good thing.

However, what the slime balls did not tell us, the people, is that this raise to doctors is going to cost $250 billion a year AND they only added the first years cost to the health care reform bill and then it disappears. In other words, they claim that the doctors raises will just go away after the first year and is only part of health care reform in the first year, huh? I am sorry, but are we stupid or something? That makes the whole budget neutral or, the most laughable CBO estimate yet, “this will reduce the deficit by $82B in 10 year” statement a complete and utter lie.

There is no other way to put it, we are being lied to by our representatives. In fact, just this pay raise to doctors alone, which they do deserve, I might add, will cost an additional $2.5 trillion dollars over 10 years. There is no savings, this is not budget neutral and this will completely bankrupt America as we know it. President Obama promised to veto any bill that adds one cent to the deficit, how about $2.5 trillion dollars President Obama, will you veto that? Not only that, but this bill violates PAYGO since there is no way to pay for it nor has Congress offset any spending to compensate for this new gem.

We are being robbed, again, by our leaders and I have to ask how much more will you take before you tell them enough is enough? President Obama lies to you every day when he tells you he inherited this mess because he helped create this when he was in Congress. President Obama lies to you when he says he inherited a trillion dollar deficit, he inherited a $403B deficit and has added $1T to it in 9 months and technically we still have 3 months left in the year. Some estimate by the calendar end of the year President Obama will have authorized some $1.7T in new spending that is $1.3T more than he inherited and there is only so much you can blame on “the last guy.”

Finally, in regards to Bus, who was the worst President ever, yes he spent $1T on 2 wars, but that was over 8 years, not 9 months and who in the world told you that 2 wrongs made a right? Let us not forget, because we are not stupid after all, that Democrats had control over Congress since 2006 so when you are talking about cleaning up the “mess” who’s mess are you talking about you God damned jackass? Now, before I get called a racist, because that is in vogue to call all dissenters nowadays just like when Bush was in charge I would be called a traitor, I am not and if you want to sink to that level clearly you have no argument so just shut up and try picking an actual fact to dispute.

Clowns have cost us our civil liberties.

Strong opening statement I know but let’s be honest. We have turned our collective backs as a society on common sense. So much so that it should be called Individual sense! What is it that causes one to lose the ability to think logically?

Losing a loved one?

A turbulent upbringing?

Not fitting in?

Lack of success vocationally?

Financial insecurity?

What does it really matter?

Bottom line is we have failed to recognize the fact that the herd is full to the point of bursting with the sick and aged. There was a time when natural selection would cull things for us. This has been replaced by a belief that everyone belongs somewhere. This is true when you see that some of us belong deceased, rather than alive in the corporal sense. I’m not saying we should go out and kill each other at all. I am saying that at some point in the past we have superseded nature’s ability to maintain its basic ideals; the strong shall survive and the weak shall pass on to the next plane of existence. Politically corrective thinking has not only damaged the USA it has damaged the Earth as a whole. Global warming may destroy humanity, but PC has killed us intellectually. The entire premise of everybody wins is the most asinine mentality ever conceived! Collectively we wonder why someone can be so angry that they respond violently.

The answer is simple.

It takes less energy to respond belligerently than it does to think through a conundrum.

Why is this more prevalent these days? Because, we all have become a global tribe thanks to fiber optics and wi-fi. What used to take days etc… now takes seconds. The media has become the cave drawing on the wall for those of us who are misanthropic. EG: If I kill enough people I will get my picture and manifesto on CNN, Fox news et al.

What has caused this? The truth is very simple. Too many bodies in too small an area!

Although our world is massive from the individual’s perspective; it is but an atom in the universe. Our daily or overall existence is irrelevant. We as arrogant insects believe that our lives matter, when truly they mean nothing. Your career and assets don’t and won’t ever mean anything. We have built the basis of our society on one individual leading the rest of us to the Promised Land. We created the God(s) myth in order to control each other and give us a basis of how to live. And now things are well and truly out of control. What can we do? There is no easy answer. Most of us do not feel anything should be done. Is it money that has done this? Partially but mostly it is the way we want it. Without a clearly defined order of battle there is chaos. Yet with this order there must also be chaos. I have come to realize that balance seems to be the key to existence. All things balance from one end to the other. Sooner or later the dominate end balances out to its opposite. Unfortunately this idea meets with strong opposition. No one wants to be cast aside as the defeated, but someone will be. The strong survive and the weak do not. We must get back to a more interactive role in our government. As each day a little more of our liberty is quietly washed away. If “We the People” are to survive we need to take a hold of the basic ideals of this nation that have been forgotten for so long. Change takes time. Let common sense reign once again.

Where are we as a Nation? Why have “We the people” allowed ourselves to be removed from the process of government? Ponder for a moment, if you will where we would be if we all actually took part in the governing of our nation. Would we be so dependent on foreign oil? Would we be giving up our rights so freely? What kind of Nation would we be? The only way to answer these questions is to actually attempt to change the way the country is governed. The Constitution allows us to do this. In order for it to work we all must participate in the process. This is why we are having so many issues today. We have allowed surrogates to speak for us, who have ignored our voices and only heed the call of personal advancement by any means necessary. We are all responsible for our future. We all must strive to return “common sense” to government. We can do this by working together as Americans to return the citizens to their rightful place as the ruling class of this Nation.

To assume this whole debate is new is stupid and ignorant to say the least. What Democrats do not want you to remember, because they think you are too stupid to remember, is that they were in control of Congress since 2006. What they do not want you to know is that people like Trent Lott actually testified that insurers have been screwing you for years because they are not subject to federal anti-trust laws which allow certain insurers to control 90%+ of some markets.

Now, are Republicans innocent? Hell no. A simple search on OpenSecrets.org will show you that BOTH sides of the aisle have been bought and paid for by the insurance lobby for years to do nothing. Now, MSNBC and the likes of Keith Olberman will not like you to know the former of this article and Bill O’Rielly will not want you to know the latter of this article, but those are the facts folks.

Now, we are getting a cram down of legislation that will certainly raise insurance rates on all of us if this bill passes because government is inept and incapable of doing anything right. Well, that’s not true, they do the bidding of those paying the bills and guess who pays the bills in Washington? Lobbyists. The biggest winners in this whole mess is the pharmaceutical industry, of course, which had a closed door deal with President Obama, who promised CSPAN negotiations on any Washington deals, so much for change.

Frankly, Democrats had an opportunity to change many of these issues that are wrong with health care back in 2006 and 2007 when we all knew there were issues and before there was a financial crisis, but they did not. Why? Simple, money. When you are being paid to do something you do it and that is what receiving campaign contributions is all about. Are we supposed to be dumb enough to believe that our Senators receive thousands in contributions from special interests and these groups expect nothing in20return? Well, that’s what they tell us so it must be true. However, the do-gooders, Democrats, are now saving the world by cramming down legislation that Americans do not want because they know what is best for us, how nice.

They had 2 years of control of Congress to stop Bush from insane fiscal irresponsibility, they did nothing. They could have made small fixes in health care, they did nothing. They could have forced real change in Iraq and Afghanistan, they did nothing. They could have reformed Fannie and Freddie when they knew they were corrupt, but they took money from them instead and did nothing. We are expected to believe that the Democrats are less corrupt then the Republicans, but they are not. In fact their sheer financial ignorance is worse than the Republicans and that is one hell of a statement to make.

Oh, by the way, guess who pays for their idiotic, moronic mistakes over the long-term? You do. They sure as hell don’t because they get to write the tax code that they blatantly ignore, ask Rangel, Dashel and Tim Geithner about that. They cannot even figure out that if they knock down the state barriers that they can lower premiums for health insurance, all they need to do is issue national guidelines, it’s pretty freaking simple really, and a good start. However, the media will hear nothing of logic as th ey ignore the public and push the cram down Obama policies. Welcome to the New America where the government has all the say and your opinion means nothing.

However, the media will hear nothing of logic as they ignore the public and push the cram down Obama policies. Welcome to the New America where the government has all the say and your opinion means nothing.

The heath care debate is the hottest issue ever in politics, there is no question about that. There is also no question that something needs to be done to cover Americans, but are the proposals by our “hardworking” Congressional representatives in our best20interests or are they in their best interests? Of course I by their best interests I mean for their campaign contributors best interests and clearly the proposals that are front and center being voted on today are in their campaign contributor’s best interests.

It is no secret that Max Baucus has taken more money from the insurance industry or heath care related industry than most politicians in Congress which is why he is pushing for a bill that would enrich his contributors, but make life worse for the rest of us. What about the nice conservative Olympia Snowe (R) from Maine, surely she is on the people’s side, like most Republicans claim to be nowadays, right? Nope, she sold us out for a few hundred thousand dollars from the heath care industry and their counter parts as well.

That’s right, big money wins again in politics and we the people get the wrong end of the stick. I know, it’s hard to imagine that all of the jawboning from the Republicans about standing up for the people and, at the end of the day, they sell their soul for a few bucks. Is it really even worth asking the question why? I don’t think so, because we already know why, power and money. It has nothing to do with serving the people which is why they were sent to Washington to begin with.

So, are you wondering how much a Senators soul costs? Here is is:

Senator Snowe was bought for:
Industry______________Total________Individuals_________PACS
Health_Professionals___$174,074___$30,574___$143,500

Senator Baucus:

Industry________________________Total________Individuals_________PACS
Pharmaceuticals/Health Products____$507,313_____$203,964________$303,349

There is a new push for “clean coal” energy which many have already claimed was an oxymoron which has now been proven to be just as dangerous by researches. In a past case in Pennsylvania where Alleghany Energy was sued by both New York State and New Jersey claiming air pollution was causing respiratory diseases. As a result, the power plant added scrubbers to its chimneys which in turn would wash the pollutants out of the chimney are preventing it from entering the air. The theory sounded good but the true effect was thousands of gallons of polluted water that would soon make its ways into the water tables of local residents and into the Monongahela River, which flows into Pittsburgh, 40 miles to the north. Plants in Pennsylvania claim the water is not toxic as they have installed filters to further clean the water, but this still leaves many worried about the ultimate effectiveness of scrubbers on coal plants.

The Environmental Protection Agency projects that by next year 50% of energy in the US will come from coal power plants using these scrubbers or similar technology and fear about the implications of this. There currently are no regulations on the disposal of the waste produced by these scrubbers into waterways or landfills. Some claim that it would fall under the “Clean Air Act” but many argue that this act does not include some of the most toxic elements of this waste like arsenic and lead.

Lisa Jackson, head of the EPA began implementing new guidelines last month regarding the release of greenhouse gases by power plants, but said it will take until the end of the year to determine what byproducts of coal energy plants should be considered “hazardous”. May states are fighting greater regulations standing behind their power companies, and lobbyists have made it impossible to pass such rules in the past gaining support against these regulations. Only time will tell who wins in that battle. Ultimately, it will be us the consumer to truly ‘pay’ for their need to either upgrade their water treatment plants or increased disposal actions, but what else is new. The consumer seems to always pay the price for corporations.
